CultureMap Houston covered the announcement that three wellness brands are joining The Swift BLDG — the mixed-use redevelopment of the historic Swift & Company Packing Plant near the Heights Hike & Bike Trail. The Skin Clinic is relocating from its current home at M-K-T to a significantly larger space, more than doubling its footprint.
"The response from this community has been incredible, and Swift gives us the room to grow into what our patients have been asking for: more space, more services, and the same patient-centred care that got us here," Kelli shared in the piece.
The clinic joins SweatHouz (contrast therapy) and Strong Pilates Studio as the development's latest wellness tenants, alongside previously announced food and beverage concepts including Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Merit Coffee, and Escalante's. The Swift BLDG is expected to open in fall 2026.
