“I had an excellent experience with Jennifer at the skin clinic and can't recommend her highly enough. You deserve better than rushed appointments, trend-driven recommendations, and one-size-fits-all treatment plans.
At The Skin Clinic, everything begins with listening. We take the time to understand your features, your goals, your lifestyle—and above all, what feeling like yourself means to you. From there, our team creates a thoughtful, highly personalized plan grounded in clinical expertise, honesty, and restraint.
We believe the best results do not announce themselves. They protect what already makes you beautiful while helping you feel more rested, more confident, and more at home in your skin.
That philosophy guides every provider, every recommendation, and every experience here. This is not care built around trends or transactions. It is a long-term partnership centered on you.

Before aesthetics, Kelli worked in high-acuity shock trauma ICU at Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center, where precision, anatomy, and decision-making were non-negotiable. She has carried that same standard into aesthetics since 2018, building a practice known for thoughtful treatment planning, restraint, and results that look like you - natural, intentional, and never overdone.
Kelli’s work is rooted in facial anatomy, skin quality, and long-term strategy. She is a national trainer for Galderma, a speaker and educator in the aesthetics industry, and a trusted provider for patients who want expertise without the ego.
At The Skin Clinic, she leads a team committed to clinical excellence, honest guidance, and never doing more just because they can.

QUESTION & ANSWER
- What drew you to aesthetic medicine specifically, not nursing generally?
I was drawn to aesthetic medicine because it sits at the intersection of science, anatomy, judgment, and taste. It’s not just “making someone look better.” It requires understanding facial structure, skin quality, aging patterns, proportion, restraint, and psychology.
I came from high-acuity ICU medicine, where precision mattered. Aesthetics gave me a different way to use that same clinical thinking, but with a more personal and creative outcome. I like that the best work is not obvious. It is thoughtful, strategic, and tailored to the person in front of me. - What’s one thing you do in a consultation that most practices don’t?
I slow the process down. A lot of people come in knowing what they think they want because they saw a treatment, a trend, or someone else’s result. I try to zoom out and figure out what is actually bothering them, what has changed, what makes sense anatomically, and what will age well.
Sometimes that means recommending less than they came in for. Sometimes it means saying no. Sometimes it means starting with skin quality or structure instead of jumping straight to the treatment they booked.
I think a good consultation should leave someone feeling more educated, not more sold to. - What does a patient leave knowing after seeing you that they didn’t know before? They leave understanding their face better.
Not in a hypercritical way, but in a clear way. They understand what is aging, what is anatomy, what is skin quality, what is volume, what is laxity, and what is just normal human expression. They also understand why I recommend certain things and why I do not recommend others.
My goal is for patients to leave with clarity. Even if they do nothing that day, they should feel more educated, more grounded, and less vulnerable to over-treatment. - Finish this sentence: “I take this work seriously because ___.”
I take this work seriously because people trust me with their face.
That is not a small thing. Your face is how you move through the world. It affects how you see yourself and how other people read you. So yes, I want it to look beautiful. But more than that, I want it to be a true reflection of who you really are and how you feel.
Megan Rose
Master of Science in Nursing · Advanced Practice Registered Nurse · Family Nurse Practitioner – Certified
Megan's path to aesthetic medicine began in the operating room, where she developed a strong foundation in anatomy, procedural precision, and patient care. Her personal experience with acne sparked a passion for dermatology and skin health, ultimately combining two interests into a career dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best.
Known for her thoughtful, comprehensive approach, Megan believes exceptional aesthetic outcomes start with understanding the whole patient—not just the treatment area. She takes time to learn each patient's concerns, goals, and skin history, creating individualised plans that prioritize both long-term skin health and natural-looking results. Her consultations focus on education as much as treatment, helping patients understand the underlying factors that contribute to their concerns and the most effective ways to address them.
Megan is passionate about blending science, artistry, and advanced aesthetic techniques to enhance each patient's natural features. She takes her work seriously because she understands firsthand how skin concerns can affect confidence, and she finds it incredibly rewarding to help patients feel more comfortable and confident in their own skin.

QUESTION & ANSWER
- "The thing I tell every patient is…"
If you're not wearing sunscreen you're wasting your time and money. - What would you say to someone nervous to come in for the first time?
We can start slow. There's never any pressure to do everything at once, or anything at all. - Tell me why you do this — like you're telling a friend, not a patient.
When we look good we feel good, and that matters. It's rewarding giving someone that kind of confidence.
Molly Wolverton
Master of Science in Nursing · Advanced Practice Registered Nurse · Family Nurse Practitioner – Certified
Molly was drawn to aesthetic medicine because it sits at the intersection of science and art — a space where clinical rigour and an eye for detail work together. After years in critical care and surgical nursing, she found that aesthetics gave her something rare: the time to actually sit with a patient, understand their concerns, and build a plan that makes sense for them.
What she brings to a consultation that most practices don't is context. Molly takes time to explain what's happening beneath the skin — the underlying changes driving what patients can see at the surface — and builds a treatment plan around that understanding rather than the symptom alone.
Patients leave knowing more about their own skin than when they arrived. She takes this work seriously because how people feel about their appearance isn't vanity — it affects how they feel emotionally and physically, and that deserves to be taken seriously.

Jennifer Ha
Master of Science in Nursing · Advanced Practice Registered Nurse · Family Nurse Practitioner – Certified
Jennifer came to hormone and integrative medicine through her own health journey. Discovering functional medicine changed how she understood healing — and gave her a passion for helping others find the answers they'd stopped expecting to get.
What she does differently in a consultation is listen. Not just to the presenting concern, but to the details that tend to get overlooked — the things patients mention in passing that turn out to matter most. That's where truly personalised care begins.
Patients leave knowing that what they're feeling isn't something they have to accept, and that there are real answers and concrete next steps available to them. She takes this work seriously because she wants people to feel well enough to fully show up for the things and people that matter most to them.

“I really recommend this place, the service is exceptional, all the staff are very professional in their work and they have very good customer service. I loved Kelli Nwuli because she told me what I really needed. It didn't hurt at all and she didn't leave any bruises on my face. I loved the results. I will make an appointment again for my lips. “I had my first visit at The Skin Clinic yesterday, and the entire experience was absolutely fabulous. I found The Skin Clinic through a referral while searching for a place, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I ended up getting treatment right then and there, thanks to the in-depth consultation process. Kelli was incredibly caring, taking the time to explain everything in detail, from what each treatment does to how it fits into a personalized plan...”
Your questions, answered honestly
How do I know what I actually need?
You don’t have to. That’s our job. Every treatment plan begins with an assessment of your anatomy, skin, goals, and budget. We’ll recommend what makes sense for you—and explain why.
Will you tell me no?
Absolutely. We believe the best outcomes come from thoughtful recommendations, not doing more. If a treatment isn’t in your best interest, we’ll tell you.
How do I choose the right provider?
All of our providers share the same philosophy and treatment standards. If you’re unsure who to book with, we’ll help match you with the provider best suited to your goals.
Do you prescribe hormone replacement therapy?
Yes. We offer evidence-based hormone replacement therapy as part of our integrative wellness services for appropriate candidates following a comprehensive evaluation.
Can I switch providers?
Yes. Our providers work closely together and frequently collaborate on treatment plans, making transitions seamless when needed.
Do you treat first-time patients?
Absolutely. Whether you’re completely new to aesthetic medicine or simply new to us, we’ll guide you through your options without pressure or expectation.
Will my treatment plan be different depending on who I see?
No. While every provider brings their own experience and style, our treatment philosophy is shared across the practice. Recommendations are individualized to you—not to the provider.
Do you accept HSA/FSA?
We do accept HSA or FSA payments at this time for our Hormone + Integrative Medicine side.
